HOW DOES IT WORK?

If you’re staying at a resort/hotel, we leave the package at the front desk, addressed to you and specifying your room number. You will be contacted via phone/email when your purchase has arrived. Collect it when you’re ready to soak up rays in your new Jamaica Wear!

If you’re at a villa/Airbnb/your friend’s place, we deliver straight to your door. You’ll need an ID to collect it yourself- or, if you’ll be busy you must specify the name of whoever is collecting, and they must provide an ID (e.g. friend, listing owner, front desk, receptionist). We will contact you via phone/email to let you know it’s there.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

Provide the following details in the ‘SHIPPING ADDRESS’ section when checking out:

• The full address of the hotel/resort/property you’re staying at;

• Your room number;

• A valid phone number we can reach you at OR a valid phone number to reach the person receiving on your behalf (if you aren’t collecting it yourself);

If you’re not in Jamaica yet, but want your Jamaica Wear delivered to you once you’ve settled in, let us know in the ‘ADDITIONAL INFORMATION’ section what date you’re checking in. We’ll make sure it gets to you the next day!
