Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can cancel or change your order BEFORE it is shipped. If you wish to change your order, or if your order has shipped and you want to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via support@876worldwide.com.

How do I apply promo codes?

In your Cart, enter the code in the designated section and hit the APPLY CODE button.

At Checkout, if you haven’t already applied your coupon code, click the “Have a Coupon?” bubble at the top of the page- then enter the code and hit the APPLY code button.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t, but we recommend signing up so you can track your orders and view your order history.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as some minor ones. Right now we support Visa, Mastercard, and Keycard, with more on the way! If you have a suggestion, don’t hesitate to let us know! Send us a suggestion at support@876worldwide.com.

It says my card was declined, what do I do?

The transaction was declined by your card issuer for some reason. Please contact them for further information, and try again once the issue has been resolved.

My payment failed/timed out, and now my cart is empty. What should I do?

We recommend creating an account so you can keep an eye on your orders. If you were logged in, you can see all your orders by going to  “My Account” > “Orders”. If you don’t have an account and you’ve lost track of one of your orders, send an email to support@876worldwide.com with any details you can provide. Some things that can help are:

  • When did you checkout/try to checkout?
  • What was in your cart?
  • What shipping option did you choose?
  • Did you use a coupon code?
  • The address you submitted when confirming the order

Yes! We’re here to bring Jamaica to you, no matter where you are.

What is Hotel Delivery and how does it work?

If you’re in Jamaica or plan to visit, we can deliver right to your hotel/home! Please read our Shipping Policy for more information!

What shipping providers do you use?

We ship with Jamaica Post and DHL Express Worldwide.

How long after I pay will my order be sent off?

Upon receipt of payment, orders are shipped within one (1) business day.

If you placed a backorder, your order will be shipped once we restock, which can usually take up to five (5) business days. Check the product information or Contact Us if you need more info!

How long does the shipping take?

This depends on where you are, and which shipping service you opted for. Regular shipping can take up to 21 business days, while express shipping can take up to 3 business days. Please note that this does not include our processing time of 1 business day, or take into account any unforeseen delays that are beyond our control.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on location and shipping method selected, as well as the size of your order. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information and average shipping costs.

Are customs duties included in the shipping costs?

We do not include duties in the shipping cost. Please note that custom duties vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.


Is there a warranty period?

Certain items can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are unused (with tags), unwashed and/or defective. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for more information.

Is the shipping cost refundable?

Shipping costs are not refundable, only the unit cost of an item is refundable.

I got an item I didn’t order, what do I do?

Send us an email with a picture of the items you received and the shipping slip on the original package. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Can I still return or exchange an item I bought with a coupon?

You can still refund or exchange an item that was bought with a coupon, but the exchange/refund value is limited to the discounted value of the item.

How long will it take before my refund is issued?

Refunds can take up to 10 business days.
